Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    3 eggs, well beaten
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix
    sugar,
    corn syrup and margarine in double boiler. Bring to
    boil.
    Beat eggs thoroughly.
    Gradually add boiling mixture to
    eggs,
    stir in pecans, salt and vanilla.
    Pour in pie shell and bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
