Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. enchilada mix
    1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
    2 (15 oz.) cans chili (no beans)
    2 pkg. flour tortillas
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1 jar chopped green olives
    2 lb. Longhorn cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine enchilada mix, tomato juice and chili (without beans); set aside.
    Brown hamburger; drain and let cool.
    Add onion, olives and 1/2 of shredded cheese.
    Dip tortillas in the tomato juice mixture.
    Put meat mixture in tortilla and roll up.
    Place side by side in baking pan.
    Pour leftover sauce over tortillas; top with remaining shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until done.
