Clams In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley
2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams
2 cloves garlic
olive oil
1 lb. linguine pasta
Preparation

Drain clams; reserve juice.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Mix milk and cornstarch.
Blend thoroughly.
Add to saucepan.
Stir constantly.
Add clam juice.
Stir until thickened.
Add grated cheese and parsley.
Remove from heat.
In skillet, saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add clams.
Cook until warm.
Add to cream sauce.
