Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut off bone
    1 (8 oz.) Russian dressing
    1 (10 oz.) apricot preserves
    1 onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water (no more than 3/4 c.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour over chicken.
    Stir and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
