Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts or 2 whole chickens
    1 large carton sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Cook chicken; debone and cut in pieces.
    Place in a 7 x 11-inch buttered dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
    Crush crackers; sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Melt oleo; dribble on top.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
