Cranberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
12 oz. jar orange marmalade
4 oz. crystallized ginger, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Put cranberries and sugar in pan and cover with foil. Bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool a little; then add marmalade, ginger and pecans, in layers, with pecans on top. Refrigerate and use as condiment with turkey. OR serve as a dessert with whipped cream or possibly with vanilla ice cream. If it is too gingery, cut amount in half.
