Hot Turnip Green Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped turnip greens, thawed
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. chopped (fine) celery
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced, drained mushrooms
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) roll process cheese food with garlic
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 drops hot sauce
    1/2 c. chopped (fine) onion
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add well drained and thawed greens; add lemon rind.
    Process until finely chopped. Cook onion and celery in butter over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
    Stir in greens, mushrooms and rest of ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat until all is mixed and melted together.
    Serve from a chafing dish.
    Serve with Jalapeno Corn Muffins (recipe found in this book).
    Yields 3 cups.
