Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated American cheese
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
8 oz. sour cream
Preparation

Cook onion in margarine until tender.
Mix meal, sugar, corn, oil and milk.
Pour this in a well-greased baking dish.
Sprinkle black pepper on corn meal mixture.
Pour onion mixed with sour cream on top of cornbread.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
