Veggie Pita Pockets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. ham, chicken or turkey, cubed
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1 c. chopped cauliflower
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 carrot, peeled and chopped
    1/3 c. chopped cucumber
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
    4 pita pocket breads, cut in half
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    In bowl, combine meat, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, carrot, cucumber and onion.
    Toss with dressing.
    Cover and chill several hours.
    Spoon mixture into pocket bread; sprinkle each with shredded cheese.
    Serves 8.
