Norwegian Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked
1 c. white raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs, add mashed sweet potatoes.
Mix dry ingredients together.
Add to egg mixture.
Add nuts and raisins.
Add water slowly.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Bread will crack on top.
This is good with cream cheese spread on after you slice it.
