Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo or butter
    2 c. catsup
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. water
    dash of crushed red pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    In a large pan, saute onions, garlic and green pepper in butter until soft.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
    Add your favorite meat, shredded, and cook very low for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
