Prunes 'N Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. prunes, cooked and pitted
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. (1/2 pt.) light cream
Preparation

Place prunes in bottom of pie shell.
Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon.
Stir in the cream.
Pour mixture over prunes. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Serves 7 to 8.
