Popcorn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    20 caramels
    1/2 bag mini marshmallows
    1/2 lb. Reese's pieces
    1/2 lb. dry roasted peanuts
    10 c. popcorn
    1/2 lb. M&M's
Preparation
    Melt butter, oil, caramels and marshmallows in microwave on High until melted, 3 or 4 minutes.
    Pour over popcorn, M&M's, Reese's Pieces and peanuts.
    Pack into lightly oiled angel food or Bundt cake pan.
    Refrigerate to set.
