Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs (slightly beaten)
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and nutmeg. Pour in pie shell and cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. the unbaked pie crust may be put in hot oven and baked 3 to 5 minutes to help prevent a soggy crust.
