Rhonda'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 small tube Mahatma yellow rice, uncooked
    2 cans water
    1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup (may substitute creamy chicken soup)
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven to 375\u00b0.\tPut rice in casserole; add soup and water.
    Season
    the
    chicken with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Put
    chicken
    on
    top of rice.
    Place casserole in oven for
    1 hour.
    Turn chicken 30 minutes in the cooking process. Check to make sure rice is not drying out, if so, add water.
