Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    16 oz. can lima beans
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (6 oz.) can corn
    1 (6 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.
    Put remaining ingredients in 5-quart saucepan.
    Add 1 quart of water.
    Bring to boil at high heat.
    Reduce heat to medium-low.
    Cook about 45 minutes or until potatoes are done, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings.
