Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat oleo, sugars, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs in a large bowl vigorously until creamy and well blended. Mix in flour, oats, baking soda and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
Cool 1 minute.
Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
