Oyster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. oysters
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. Ritz crackers, rolled into crumbs
    1 stick butter
    1/2 pt. half and half cream
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole, use half of oysters.
    Add 1/2 cup celery and 1/2 of Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Then add other oysters, celery and cracker crumbs.
    Pour half and half cream and butter, melted, on top of casserole.
    Bake in oven at 325\u00b0 until lightly brown. Serves 10 or more.
