Jalapeno-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. uncooked rice
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 to 2 large jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
2 (17 oz.) cans cream-style corn
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook
rice according to package directions.
Set aside. Saute onion,
peppers
and
celery
in
butter
until tender. Combine rice,
sauteed
vegetables,
corn,\tsugar and cheese, stirring well.
Spoon
into\ta lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
