Chili Verde - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork, cubed
1/2 c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
salt to taste
1 c. tomato sauce
7 oz. can diced green chilies
1 tsp. coriander, crushed and soaked in 1 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation

Place pork, water, garlic and salt in frying pan.
Cook until all water is absorbed.
Let meat fry in its own fat until browned. Add onion and cook a few more minutes.
Add tomato sauce, chilies and water drained from coriander.
Cover and cook 30 to 45 minutes until meat is tender.
