Mary'S Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen veggies (broccoli, mixed vegetables or asparagus)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 boned chicken breasts, quartered and browned
    flour, salt and pepper (to dip chicken)
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (don't dilute)
    grated cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Saute the onion and celery in margarine.
    Put veggies in bottom of square casserole dish.
    Put onion and celery on top. Layer browned chicken breasts on top, then pour soup on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
