Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato, peeled and cooked
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mash the potato with a fork.
    Add egg, flour, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Blend well.
    Bring 6 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan.
    Drop batter by tablespoons into boiling water.
    When dumplings rise to the surface, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
