Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small jar chipped beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. finely chopped green onion
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and form in a ball.
Spread pecans out on a plate.
Roll cheese ball in pecans until covered.
Chill 1 to 2 hours.
Serve with assorted snack crackers.
