Squash Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated squash
1/2 onion, grated
6 tsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix well and add enough meal for texture.
Shape with tablespoon; drop in hot oil.
Cook until brown.
Serve hot with vegetables.
