Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 stalks celery, shredded
    1 green pepper, shredded
    2 carrots, shredded
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Add salt to cabbage.
    Let stand for 1 hour.
    Squeeze out juice. Add celery, pepper and carrots.
    Mix remaining ingredients in pan and bring to a boil.
    Cool; pour over cabbage.
