Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. chives
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Peel, quarter and cook potatoes.
    Drain and mash.
    Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Beat at high speed until smooth.
    Stir in chives.
    Place in a 2-quart greased pan with margarine.
    Sprinkle top with paprika and pour margarine over top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Serves 8 to 10.
