Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. soda
1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 eggs (1 at a time)
1/2 c. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix together buttermilk and soda.
Cream ingredients together, adding milk and flour last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes a 3 layer cake.
