Ingredients

1 c. scalded sweet milk, cooled
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Stir in plain flour to knead.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours.
Knead down and divide dough in half.
Make balls the size of an egg. Knead a few times.
Melt 1/2 stick butter in pan.
Dip balls in butter and stretch across pan.
Lay close together.
Let rise 10 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
