Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash browns
    2 cans potato soup
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2/3 stick melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Save enough of the grated cheese to sprinkle on top as a topping.
    (I usually use an extra cup of cheese.)
    Mix and pour into casserole dish or 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
