Shish Kebab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef, cut into 1-inch cubes (top round or sirloin)
    1 (8 oz.) bottle French dressing
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    8 small onions, quartered
    2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
    16 (10-inch) bamboo skewers
Preparation
    Marinate meat in dressing in plastic bag from 1 hour to overnight
    (can
    marinate
    vegetables
    also).
    On each skewer, arrange beef, cherry tomato, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms, repeating until skewer is filled.
    Grill over medium hot coals until
    done,
    turning
    once.
    Baste
    with
    marinade as needed. Serve with rice.
