Cranberry Cottage Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cranberries, chopped
    1 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg, add sugar and oil.
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add with milk to egg mixture.
    Add cranberries.
    Put into greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with warm lemon sauce.
