Pork Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cut fine
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 c. diced celery
    2 green peppers, diced
    1 c. diced onion
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. raw rice
    3 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add celery, peppers and onion.
    Brown lightly. Add water and simmer until tender.
    Add soup and rice.
    Mix. Put into casserole.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
