Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1 finely chopped green onion
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 flank steak (1 1/2 lb.), scored
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and marinate steak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or more. Grill. It's excellent!
