Tea Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Preparation

Combine oleo, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, soda and baking powder. Stir in nuts and coconut.
Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet and press flat with fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
