Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 c. popped corn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. oleo
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the brown sugar, oleo, corn syrup and salt; heat to boiling.
Boil for 5 minutes in a large kettle.
After removing from heat, mix in the soda and vanilla; pour this mixture over popped corn.
Place in shallow pan; bake for 1 hour at 200\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool and break.
