Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small bunch green onions
    carrots
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    potatoes
    1 can green beans
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Lightly brown the meat in butter, keeping it crumbly.
    Cut tops from onion; add to meat.
    Cut potatoes and carrots and place over ground beef in skillet.
    Season.
    Cover and simmer over low heat until vegetables are tender (might be necessary to add a little water).
    Add green beans and soup and cook 10 to 15 minutes longer.
