Curried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium potatoes
    1/2 stick butter (not margarine)
    1 tsp. curry powder
    salt
Preparation
    Wash and cut potatoes into wedges (leave skins on).
    Melt butter.
    Add curry powder.
    Toss wedges in butter and curry powder mixture.
    Bake in single layer on baking sheet at 350\u00b0 until browned.
    Toss baked potatoes with salt in a brown paper bag and serve.
