Orange Sherbet Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) box orange flavored gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) box lemon flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (22 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and cut into small pieces
    1 pt. orange sherbet
Preparation
    Pour both packages of gelatin in boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
    Gradually add orange sherbet, stirring to melt.
    Stir in pineapple and oranges.
    Pour into an 8-inch square dish or a 10 x 6-inch dish; refrigerate to congeal.
    Serve topped with nondairy whipped topping, if desired.
