Yeast Rolls(Feather Light) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot water
1 egg
1/4 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 yeast cake dissolved in 1/3 c. warm water
Preparation

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl except 1 cup flour (use this one cup to roll out rolls) and yeast.
Beat smooth; add yeast mixture.
Let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until double in size.
Pour dough out over the 1 cup flour; knead until smooth, roll out to 1/2-inch thick and cut.
Place into greased pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Brush with butter.
Shape into loaf, if desired and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Recipe makes one loaf.
