Baked Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 (1 lb.) cans pork and beans
    2 c. Lucky Leaf applesauce
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Crumble.
    Drain.
    Leave 2 tablespoons of bacon fat in pan.
    Add onions and cook until soft not brown. Combine beans, applesauce, molasses, Worcestershire, vinegar and mustard.
    Put in 3-quart casserole dish.
    Stir in onion and reserved crumbled bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
