Blueberry Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 to 2 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
butter, if desired
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cut in 1/2 cup butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles cornmeal.
Press into bottom and sides of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Cover with blueberries.
Combine 1 cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle mixture over fruit.
Dot with butter, if desired. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Combine sour cream and egg yolks.
Spread over fruit.
Set oven to 350\u00b0 and return to oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
