Harvard Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 stick oleo
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch with sugar and vinegar.
    Drain beets and add juice to cornstarch mixture.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Add oleo and stir until melted.
    Add drained beets and heat through. This amount will glaze 3 to 4 cans of beets.
