Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. tomato puree
1 cucumber, chopped
2 garlic buds
1/2 to 1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. sugar
dash of Tabasco sauce
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Liquefy in blender.
When ready to serve, dilute with cold water and/or chicken broth to desired consistency.
