Country Style Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat (chuck, round or sirloin)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 1/2 c. corn flakes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine meat, mixed vegetables (thawed), salt, pepper and parsley in a deep mixing bowl; mix well.
    Add salt, pepper, corn flakes and 1/2 of tomato soup (undiluted).
    Mix well to blend. Place 1/2 of the meat mixture in a buttered 6 x 16 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish; pack.
    Dot top with 1/2 of the butter.
    Place rest of meat mixture in baking dish.
    Dot with rest of butter and pour rest of soup over the top.
    In a preheated 375\u00b0 oven, bake 1 hour. Remove.
    Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
