Old Fashioned Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add dry ingredients. Fold in carrots and nuts.
    Pour into three 8 or 9-inch prepared cake pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
