Cherry Pie Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 can cherry pie filling
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix jello in boiling water until dissolved.
    Add cold water. Place in refrigerator until it starts to set.
    Then mix in the cherry pie filling.
    Let set.
    Place the Cool Whip on top.
