Red Snapper Mykonos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) red snapper
    1 1/8 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. olive oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. dried oregano
    pinch of black pepper
    juice of 1 lemon (about 4 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Preheat broiler for 15 minutes to 425\u00b0.
    Clean and wash fish; remove membrane.
    Dry thoroughly with paper towels.
    Line a roasting pan with heavy-duty foil and place fish on it.
