Chicken Casserole Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth (can use bouillon)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. cubed chicken
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can sliced water chestnuts (reserve liquid)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small jar red pimentos
Preparation
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Saute onion until clear (don't brown).
    Stir in green pepper, celery, chicken broth and soy sauce.
    Blend well.
    Add chicken, mushrooms and chestnuts.
