Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/8 c. poppy seed
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased Bundt pan.
Bake 60 minutes.
Let cool approximately 30 minutes and invert onto a plate.
Sift on confectioners sugar and serve.
