Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked crust
    1/2 lb. imported Swiss cheese, grated
    1 c. chopped ham
    3 eggs, beaten
    13 oz. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Test with knife.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
